Question regarding Traction Control Button

Hi guys, just bought a 2000 Z-edition 5AT Tezza.

I've come to realize that models in 2000 had the option for TRACTION CONTROL even for auto transmission. This is the info i gathered from Altezza club of Au/Nz...

Any experience with throttle controller?

I know not all of you are on drive-by-wire, but has anybody experience with a throttle controller, eg the Blitz throttle controller http://www.blitzpowerusa.com/products/throcon/throcon.html?
