EK SOHC Manual Complete Engine To Let Go

Want to let go the current engine of my car :
-Local D16 SOHC Manual Non VTEC (MF716)
-D16 SOHC Manual ECU
-Complete set Manual Gearbox.

Engine Condition:
Mileage : 238xxx km
Fairly Good running condition
-No major overheat and leaking problem (just small leaking between flywheel and gearbox..ask foreman; just change some rubber seal there ...kawtim problem solved)
-Gearbox in good condition; but recommended to change the clutch to get better pickup.
-Carefully maintain and do servicing every 5000km.
