PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

EFI-CON (Electronic Fuel Injection Conditioner PN. EFC-1102) utilizes the 21st century state-of-the-art automotive-electronic technology to increase fuel economy on today’s sophisticated Electronic Fuel Injection (EFI) engines. The modern engine technology which utilizes EFI Control system is generally very efficient in managing multiple tasks including fuel economy. The majority of fuel economy improving devices in the past are either ineffective or failed because they simply work on the common mechanical principles. However the on-board computer system is an “Intelligent Based” system capable of identifying abnormal fuel burn per instruction from these devices. Therefore, the EFI control system will attempt to correct the “abnormal” patterns by adding extra fuel, thereby nullify the effectiveness of these devices.

EFI-CON, on the other hand, uses a completely innovative and effective ‘smart technology’ design to improve fuel consumption – which is decrease the amount of fuel deliver to the engine by increasing the air-fuel ratio. The ‘EFI-CON’ smart system reroutes the sophisticated fuel control management to run at the most efficient fuel level through constant interactions and feedback (within 1/100 seconds) from on-board computers in order to determine engine’s combustion requirement. The combustion fuel requirements are effected by engine operating conditions, driving habits, and road conditions. The resulting increase in fuel-mileage ratio with the ‘EFI-CON’ design is between 20% to 30%.

INTRODUCTION

EFI Conditioner (EFI-CON) set the new standard in automotive fuel saving technology. It takes advantage of the modern day sophisticated computer design of fuel utilization by being able to sense the engine’s operating condition and accordingly adjust the ‘Air-Fuel’ mixture. The EFI-CON is technologically developed with the objective of increasing mileage from 15% to 30% by minimizing the fuel mixture burning of an engine. This is achieved by the manipulation of Semi-Close Loop operation signals from the engine load and exhaust gas oxygen sensor to affect the fuel calibration of the Electronic Fuel Injection (EFI) System.

The requirement of engine combustion efficiency is to be able to burn the fuel combustible proportions to produce the sufficient Horse Power to drive the vehicle efficiently. However, there different type of engine running condition such as starting or light engine load operation, each of which having different fuel requirements. EFI-CON allows the sophisticated fuel control management to run at a reduced fuel level from the original factory fuel feeds data, when the engine is idling or vehicle cruising at light throttle. When these conditions happen, maximum engine power is not required for quick acceleration or the hauling of heavy loads, thus there is a dramatic improvement in the fuel mileage ratio and corresponding reduction of pollution emission.

THEORY OF OPERATION

The often-asked question is how much fuel does an engine required? The fuel supply does not working proportionally from idle to high engine speed condition. Moderate engine efficiency is achieved when ‘Air-Fuel’ ratio is 1 pound of fuel to 12.5 of air. The standard fuel data of mass production engine do not gather the best fuel consumption figures to use in every part of the world. Consequently, OEM designer have put in money and time for research and development of devices for the ‘perfect’ Air-Fuel mixture setting. This has a large bearing on the manufacturers warranty periods and to the different circumstances or climate of different part of the world. Manufacturers vehicle often devise the standard Air-Fuel mixture on the richer side at about +15%. This however, lead to higher fuel consumption; where minimum Air-Fuel mixture burn from this richer mix can reduce to 40% before any occurrence of fuel distribution induced lean misfiring.

CONCLUSION

With the advance in EFI-CON design, the fuel consumption can be reduced or saved by effective method of reducing the fuel injector’s flow of the EFI engine. During conditions that lead to excessive fuel wasting, such as in traffic jams or when cruising on the highway, where maximum engine power is not required the EFI-CON can play its part. A unique design of the EFI-CON has ability to optimize the leanness fuel burn at ‘idle’, ‘light throttle’ or ‘full throttle’ situations. This approach translate to real save of fuel consumption up to 30% in city driving without affecting much the engine horsepower. Six wiring connections between Exhaust Gas/O2 Sensor, Engine Load/MAP Sensor and ECU can easily fit the device.

LIMITED WARRANTY

Aztech-USA warrants the EFI-CON to be free from any material or workmanship defects for a period of 6 months from the date purchase. Each EFI-CON unit is thoroughly tested before dispatch and if found to be defective within the warranty period with prove of purchase, Aztech-USA reserve the right to either repair or replace the unit at our option free of charge; provided the unit has not been connected to any unsuitable power supply system or subject to misuse, accident, modification or repair in any way.

NOTED : GASOLINE AND AIR

Raw liquid gasoline will not burn. It must be vaporized and mixed with sufficient air to provide enough oxygen for combustion. For efficient combustion, gasoline must be atomized – broken up into tiny particles – and well mixed with the air.

Air is mixture of 21% oxygen, 78% nitrogen and 1% other gases. The Stoichiometric Air-Fuel ratio is 14.6 by WEIGHT. In other words, the chemical reaction itself takes 14.6 pound of air to 1 pound of fuel. Note that we said by weight, not VOLUME. Since air is a whole lot lighter than gasoline, it takes a huge volume of it to oxidize the fuel – 9000 gallons of air to 1 gallon of gas.

The same air-gasoline mixture will not work well under all circumstances; the mixture must be adjusted constantly according to speed, load and temperature which affect flame speed, engine volumetric efficiency and gasoline vaporization characteristics.

ok. i saw it on mag. curious to know, my car spec as u know its a bolt on turbo on 7afe engine. now running safc II.

can your efi-con works on such setup?

I'm sorry bro... Nope

This bcoz u already have safc II tricking your ECU. However, this little guy work wonder on any STOCK TURBO ECU coming out from factory.

Thanks

can be fitted to korean made car?? your location

Yes it can... as long as its Electronic Fuel Injection (EFI) engine.

We r located at Kepong.. Call 013-342 2620 for further detail/direction

Thanks

Just a few month more... the petrol will increase atleast RM3 per liter... imagine that, its so scarry man for those who have big cc or turbo car... he he

Come..come
