Structure Principle

Electronic cigarette is a sophisticated electronic device. In order to simulate the effect of smoking, we place a number of important microelectronic components into a small and thin stainless steel tubes like the shape of a cigar or cigarette.

At the end of the electronic cigarette tube is the pilot lights, which connect to a battery. The other end of thin tube is the cartridge. The cartridge’s holder is connected with the fluid chamber, which is the reservoir of electronic cigarette liquid.

Several more microelectronic devices, such as integrated control circuit, pneumatic sensor switch, and atomizer, is installed in the middle of the tube. All of this components is used to simulate the effects of smoking. Among those components, one end of control circuit is connected to a battery, and the other end is connected to the pneumatic sensors switches and atomizer.

There is a heating device in the atomizer. The heating device is connected to a pneumatic sensor switch and the reservoir fluid chamber.

Compare the concentration between the cartridge and the nicotine content of cigarette:

Typically, a cigarette last about 12-15 mouthfuls of inhale. The same is true for 0.1 milliliters of e-liquild. Therefore, 0.1 milliliters of e-liquild is equivalent of one cigarette.

In general, nicotine content of cigarettes range from 0.6 mg to 2.4 mg. A cigarette last about 12-15 mouthfuls of inhale. Therefore, real cigarette's nicotine content of each inhalation is:

- When nicotine content of cigarettes is 0.6mg: 0.6/15 = 0.040 mg
- When nicotine content of cigarettes is 0.4mg: 2.4/15 = 0.160 mg

What Should u know when using e-cig..

Important Notice

- Do not place health cigarette fluid directly into mouth.

- Place the health cigarettes and all of it components in areas away from children.

- Once open the health cigarette fluid's packaging , the fluid should be consumed in two weeks.

- Remove the cartridge if you do not use the health cigarette for long time.

- The e-liquid, and cartridge should be placed in a cool and dry place. Avoid direct sunlight.

- Use only our company provided charger to charge your battery.

- Do not charge your battery under high-temperature or close to heat source.

- The lithium battery must be charged to 8 hours for the first time. After that, it only requires 2-3 hours of charging.

- Please pay attention to the polarity of the battery when charging your battery. Refer to the instruction manual for details.

- Do not use the charger for other types of batteries.

- Immediately stop using the battery if leak or any other abnormalities (smell, fever, discoloration, distortion, etc.) occurs.

- If the battery is not going to be used for long time, set aside the batteries from health cigarette or remove it from the charger. Charged battery shall be stored separately under low temperature and dry environment.

- This product contains micro-electronics components and sensors. It should be handled with care.and avoid shock.

- A cigarette last about 12-15 mouthfuls of inhale. We strongly recommend that you takes half an hour interval after 15 inhalation.
