Door ajar sensor problem

Has anybody changed the door sensor? My rear sensor 'kong', so got a half cut sensor....
But I'm having problem with the wiring.. The sensor seems to have only one wire, but the car wiring has two wires.
If I just connect everything, the sensor will not work when opening or closing. It could just be the half cut sensor is also faulty, but appreciate if anybody can tell me the correct wiring connection. Thank you everybody.

You sure is the sensor problem or the original wiring got problem? Mine also happened same thing but the mech rewire it to another door.

last time when i projek my car, i've bogel everything at the car, except doors n windows. all 4 doors sensor juz hv only a single wire, it is red belang putih colour, only the sensor soket different, but still can join to play rightly. the sensor u buy from hfcut mayb no problem. try check back ur door wiring. mayb ur car hv been rewiring before? or still in OEM.

Bought car second hand, seems stock... So what are the 2 wires from the car body? These 2 wires were connected to the sensor...

ohh, very simple.

red to red.

The blue one from the car, attach it to the screw that u use to bolt the sensor to ur car body. Kau tim d wan.
