U got PM.......yes it will fully tighten the nut for safe drive. FYI it uses Torque...... and NOT high rotation rpm to screw or unscrew nut. This Impact Wrench is not the same as regular drills u have at home.

To make it simple, it's like comparing a V8 engine with V-tec engine.....where V8 engine uses Torque to make it move faster but V-tec engine uses high rpm to make it go faster. This impact wrench uses Torque. Hope this helps
