dashboard light

is it possible to replace the light in dashboard to other color. i've fed up with the amber color on it and would like to replace with blue or green color.

are those color of bulb available in the market? is the illuminair high enough? where to get it?

People in US are crazy about those amber light....

Don't have to buy the bulb, just simply go to your local hobby shops and get those Tamiya transparent paint which comes in many color such as blue, green or red. Remove all the dash bulb and have them all painted. Place them back, get your butts on your seat then turn on your car, enjoy....

u get the dash color is because of the trasparent paper inside thatmakes it amber....so sprying the bulbs??

anakin:- erm depends la... like for protons and stuff they stick another piece on top that iluminates blue or green...


by the way if u dont mind... what car and which part of your dash u want to chage color??

not so easy to peel of the colored paper inside...scared u spoil your meter

yeah....can easily soil ur meter cluster man....but places like GC motorsport does sell all those illuminates one!

U mean the RS Meter..ahakkss... RM250 inclusive of installation hehehe but the one in GC Motorsports in Uptown don't have stock for Hondas...only for "Wilas"...

i'm actually driving local EJ and planning to change the color at metering area and control console area (where u control the aircond and etc).

ah keh, that looks cool!!! where can i get those thing? can it be fix on my EJ?

haha i got the pic online.. well i got mine fixed at gc motorsport, uptown.. they only have stocks fer honda city/jazz.. both using the same el.. try callin up gc motorsport other than uptown for info..
