Darton Re_Sleeve for Honda B Series

We provide Darton Re_sleeving service for Honda B series engines. The whole process will be done in Malaysia and have just proven recently in the 1000KM Race in Sepang, finishing top 5 in the class top 10 overall. Engine still in perfect condition.
All Darton wet-sleeve is so tough that it's ideal for big bore N/A and high boost Turbo drag applications.
Darton sleeve have 3 sitting point in the block, so the possibility of sleeve sinking will be near zero.
Since it's locally done, no more waste of money and time to send engine oversea, further more we'll provide engine block measurements to make sure that the engine is good to go. We'll reject unhealthy engines.

we do not have ready made block. For wet sleeve, 85mm is the recommended max size, but for dry sleeve, that's possible. For us, we've run our research through the wet sleeve and found it's reliability. I know even some people do up to 87mm, for us, reliability is our major concern.
We do not have a ready made block. Mainly because we think most people do re_sleeve because they can retain the same engine block number, saving trouble with the inspection.

As I've mentioned, we work on customer's block, so that the engine number remains. for that it's RM 6,500.00. Fully Darton Sleeved Block.
But if you us to provide a block, can too. We'll just have to see it's availability and price. separately.

so 6.5k is just for the sleeves right? the engine reassembly / rebuild is separate right?

yeap 6.5k for resleeve only. You probably already have your preferred mechanic or workshop to do it for you. If you want, we can do it too. But now we're mainly dealing with releeving job only.
