bro l2 n l2s...
d difference is l2 has smaller turbin than l2s...
l5...
they use timing chain not timing belt...
theyre running on 4 pistons...

l2 - 1992 - 1995 ( non diognastic socket , single fin and 3 speed for auto)
l2s - 1995 - 1998 (DIognastic, Twin fin turbain (for auto only), power steering.. if auto 4 speed )
l5 - 1998 - 2001 (have 2 type of engine) 3 cylinder and 4 cylinder.. twincam, Bigger turbain, timing chin

For Better Drive take L5 4 cylinder turbo.. If for modify (kaw kaw punya ) l2s more better... l2s so many Version.. it luck men... my frend get l2s engine come with ABS, airbag function and auto control aircon... damb lucky.... my also use L2s engine.. but first version...

if u want the best.. take l502 lorr... 4 cylinder+twincam... but its expensive la... ppl call it "engine org kaya".... coz maintanence oso expensive... the plus side is.. it is newer than L2 and L2s.... it use timing chain.. not belt... so u donnot have to change it untill 500,000 km... other than that it smoother than L2s in term of accelerating coz of the 4 cylinder... best fo highway cruising... so if money is not a factor for u.. go for this engine.. u'll not regret it...

i think L5 4 cylinder is smooth becos the trbine is RHF series, making the lag not so obvious liKe L2 rhb series turbine... plus L5 has a quiter ride, smooth driving/idling...
happy driving, standard spec, go for L5(if money is not a problem).. but if u feel like modding here n there, bigger turbines, hi boost... L5 also can, but modding it will be much more expessive than L2... however, both engine is good, depends on the conditon of ur 1/2 cut also la...

u want some modification for L200...come to pitwork motorsport...call me for detail 012-2774502...L200 turbo.. halfcut+installation+engine oil+oil filter+timing belt+oil seal+gearbox oil...RM 2200 complete...i month gurentee...(can upgrade if u want)
