erm bro..i also don't know the procedures but my friend said to me that the car will be under his name but after the loan finish, the name will be change to u..itu yang dia bgtau la..

tapi jangan takut,mesti ada agreement punya..kalau mcm xde agreement mesti ada org yang akan kena tipu punya kan..but if u want further info i can give u my friend hp number..ok x?
