By connecting an iPod to the source unit’s USB input using the USB cable provided with your iPod, it will be possible to control the iPod. The same USB terminal can also be used to connect a USB memory device with digital music files stored on it.

24-bit D/A converter for superb sound reproduction
The digital realm is made up of unnaturally square sound waves, as opposed to the smoothly undulating sound waves characteristic of the real-world environment. That is why Clarion’s 24-bit D/A (Digital-to-Analogue) converter over-samples the digital signal to recreate the natural nuances and expressions lost during the sound reproduction process
Built-in High Pass/Low Pass Filter
The internal High Pass and Low Pass Filters allow you to set the frequency range of the audio signal that’s output to each channel to best match the acoustic characteristics of the front and rear speakers and the subwoofer.
Digital Z-Enhancer to easily match the sound to your car’s acoustics
This function employs digital signal processing with three preset equalisation curves each adjustable to LOW, MID and HIGH. You can choose from 9 custom EQ curves tailored to specific speaker types.
MAGNA BASS EX for dynamic bass enhancement
Now, Clarion’s new MAGNA BASS EX boosts the bass by nearly 10 dB at even lower frequencies around 50 Hz -lower than that of ordinary loudness circuits at around 100 Hz, to provide extra low-frequency impact. It even automatically compensates the volume level to ensure well-balanced dynamic bass at any level.
3-band parametric equaliser
The entire sound spectrum is separated into high, medium and low ranges. The level of each can be adjusted separately. Customise the sound to suit your taste and your car.

6-channel audio pre-out
