the cars peed is a capacitive discharge ignition system.it works by storing up charge in a capacitor [inside the cars peed itself] of about 475volt .the high voltage of this capacitor is then dumped into the primary of the coil,which induces the even higher voltage in the secondary [around 45000 volts].which will then give you your spark. capacitive discharge system,as opposed to inductive system ,are able to supply a full charge ,even at hight RPM .an added bonus the capacitive discharge system,is that at low rpm it can actually produce multiple spark
The Carspeed is a original style replacement high power ignition system. The high voltage of this capacitor will then give you a bigger spark. You can gain more power (10% of power up) and better fuel mileage (15% to 20% fuel saving) by using Carspeed Street Racing Coil.
