May I know what brand of brake fluids are you guys running?? Dot 4?

i am using motul wan....good shit...used it on 2 different cars, evo and skyline...so its always trusted shit for me....its the racing type wan....i think its dot 5.1 or higher, i am not sure...its good when u change ur brake pads at same time....
i dont sell motul or have any connection to it....just used it for quite some time already....
if u wan i got a spare brand new bottle lying around....if u interested in buying it from me let me know...goodluck!

HKS is good stuff...slightly more expensive though. Guess it's Dot 4 and not expensive since u don't change them all the time.

MaR34, If I'm not mistaken, the recommended brake fluid is Dot 4. Won't using dot 5.1 provides the opportunity to foul up the hoses?

Driftmeister, how much are those HKS stuffs?

Hey Vspec

Can't remember but got them flush oout & replenish at Quartermile.

Just pay money & forget after that....will last u a long time. Don't forget to do the clutch resevoir at the same time. Heard it is the same fluid as the brakes.

Our Zerotohundred R33 has just been sponsored by ENLESS.

We are given the Brake Pads (500 degrees) and the Brake Fluid (DOT 4)

There will be review on ENDLESS Brake Fluid in the comin month.. so stay tuned fellows

eyong, Castrol SRF any good? Prices?

Btw, a litre would be enough right??

remus, noted. Hope it'll be soon.

V-spec ... So far I can say from experience (plus a few others), they are one of the best. You can get HKS, Endless etc, but I believe they are rebadged oils anyway. I have seen them at ENOS, I think going for about 200 or so a litre ... and 1 litre would usually be enough, if care is taken to bleed. You don't want to get too much of it, just enough to make one change coz you can never keep this stuff once it's open (I lost almost a litre thru that just letting it sit more than 3 months).

Personally, I have seen it used on Type-R's, Celica GT-4's, etc ... and also some of the works rally team around the world (you can't go wring with that).

Hope it helps, cheers ;)

eyong, yea. Thats what I thought too. HKS and Endless are most probably rebranded items that piggy back on the brand name.

Castrol SPF seems to get good reviews on the net. Great shall give it a go.

Uh huh ... Don't think you would ever gonna complain with the SRF's. I can assure you'll feel the difference in the pedal.

"hehe, sounded like I am a Castrol reps or something"
