Hi guys,

Just want to give everyone a word of advice on HID kits.
For those who hv fitted these kits, you might agree with me.

The Korean and Taiwanese kits are simply unreliable.
The bulbs hv a much shorter life compared to Phillips bulbs.
The kits are prone to imtermittent problems such as:

1. Once side refusing to light up.
2. Complete failure to light up
3. One side turning slightly yellowish and failing later on.

Pls stay away from SuperVision kits by Hokomoto. Lots and lots of problems.
That's why they had to switch to using the new Matsushita ballast.
Now, they seem to be focusing on another brand!

If you want peace of mind, get the Japanese brands or those kits that use genuine Phillips ballast and Phillips bulbs.

I totally agree with alberto. I am one of the victim of Supervision. Lousy Lousy item, never use it. Alwasy get one side of lamp shorted.

recently hk selling hid kits brand bjunion. Supervision no longer in stock. THe differences is the ballast got built in starter where as supervision's balllast and starter seperate!

Errr...is this becoz of blaster or bulb problem ?? How about those that using Philips bulb but caplang brand/re-built blaster ?? Trustable ar ??

if bulb spoiled, more likely is the balast problem gua...
but bad quality bulb also will spoil easily but won't spoil so fast gua.

Alberto, Million of appreciate for your information!! Your info will help us!
