my problems are retainer and spring still std type R, compression 12.3 -12 -12 - 14.5 only, need to change high comp pistons, and the pomen recommend s300 for management... so i think just want to downgrade, pro3 to b16b cam.... izzit plug and play? how to fix the compression issue?:hmmmm:

"compression 12.3 -12 -12 - 14.5 only" - wat meaning this? u did a compression leak down test? wats the psi? compression leak down only tells u ur cylinder pressure and whether or not its healthy or if there is any leaks via cracks, bad valve seats, worn out piston rings, etc. ur gonna have to open it up and identify the problem first before fixing.

it wont tell u ur compression ratio.

can change valve springs to supertech... RM550 brand new. thats if u plan on keeping the pro3 la

yes the B16B cams are basically plug n play... but of course will need a retune

theres an acceptable range.. i cant recall the range though.

yes can mix diff brands of spring and cams...but of course if u get from same brand should be better la

imho, change piston no need yet la... especially if u plan on selling the pro3...

yes...its those 2 like in the mudah ad.

once again.....how to determine/check b16b camshafts are in good condition or not? do i need to bring caliper to measure the lobe?
