Audi expands with Audi Approved :plus

Last week, Audi opened its doors to their first pre-owned vehicle division in Malaysia. Audi Approved :plus started operations on 28th April 2012 at Audi Glenmarie and this is clear indication of their commitment to sales growth and stronger presence here in Malaysia. This brand new facility is located just next to the Audi Glenmarie 3S Centre.

Audi Approved :plus spans over 1,500sq metres and has the capacity to house over 20 Audi Approved cars. The even better news? There are already expansion plans in the future. All cars sold under this pre-owned division will only have clocked mileage under 100,000km and will be less than 3 years old. For better peace of mind, they will come with certified and documented assessment history and will be put through a stringent 110-multi point and inspection check by qualified Audi technicians. All irregularities will be reconditioned with Audi Genuine Parts before making the cut as an Audi Approved unit and offered on sale. To sweeten the deal, customers will also get a minimum 6 months warranty, 24-hour Audi Roadside Assisntance along with attractive financing and insurance packages.

Won - you got any idea whats the price range like for these cars? Audi's in the 2nd hand car market don't really have any resale value so it'd be interesting to see how much a refurbished Audi done by Audi will cost.

Not yet, as I've yet to visit. But you're right about the resale value of Audis. This pre-owned division is a strategic move by Audi Malaysia; believe with Audi Approved :plus, refurbed cars should hold their value better.
