Apexi neo afc problem

I have a Honda civic em1 coupe b16a2 the car is 2000, when I got the car first I had to rebuild the engine, once rebuilt I got it running along with the apexi aft neo, the car wad then left up fir four months, and last well I started the car but this time all the apexi will do is light up the buttons bit not the screen, can anyone help me on this problem? Thanks

Ok, iv checked every wire that was connected and resolderd them as well an still no luck with the display working anyone with any solution?
