well last time i did encounter the same problem.. my windows can't start at all... forgot wat the steps i did.. something like this la..


start ur pc... after the bios loading press f8... get into a screen asking wat u wan to start... then press duno wat num for safe mode.. should get into windows safe mode... do scandisk n defragment.. then restart... should b ok then...


another choice is take out ur HDD.. plug it into another pc.. should b xp OS system 1 la.. then use that pc to check errors on ur HDD... fix it n plug back into ur own pc.. start the pc then u should hav no problems getting into ur windows...


after that get some software to fix ur registry... mayb got problems in it...
