AFC Neo - Screen Change Automatically

I'm using AFC Neo in my b16a for a few months with good response. Just recently i found the screen was change automatically and all the button was not function. Even it also not response to ECU. it look like demo set.
Send back to dealer at sunway also cannot help. Any experts here?

it is not screen saver, i seem the afc is not functioning and screen keep on changing. mechanic said never face this prob before.

recheck your wiring... bad ground may be a possible cause. if all wiring is confirmed ok.. your safc neo is possibly fried, although is rare...

i do think so... i've used neo b4... but it doesn't happen..

i face same problem with my safc neo. now it solve.

Solution:
1. Turn off the power to your NEO.(turn off your car)
2. Hold the left, bottom, and right button (known as the U) and power your car on
3. It should go back to the menu of demo, self test, and clear eeprom.
4. Toggle to clear eeprom and turn your car off.
5. Turn you car back on and you should be back to the main menu.
