For 5' mid, I'm sure that not Mid Bass but it is Mid Range.. that why lack of bass.. I'm using Focal Utopia 165W before.. Voice it very nice & excellent, no doubt about it ...If you are really want to change to 6' & above mid & keep it the tweeter, I would suggets you try Scanspeak Mid.. coz the cost for Focal Midbass & Scanspeak Midbass not much diff.. & Scanspeak much better than Focal midbass..For sub I will go for 10' DVC 2+2Ohm due to limited of boot space...</blockquote>
