Hi to all. I owned a 92' AE101 automatic with 4A-FE engine and i unable to find any O2 sensor all the way from exhaust manifold to the tail pipe. Is there any of the 4A-FE without a O2 sensor?

I think 4afe for seg 92 dont have any o2 sensor on the exhaust from extractor to tailpipe. At least mine didnt have it when it was stock and there wasnt any bracket for it

REALLY A WHAT ABOUT YEAR 1997 AE111? is there any o2 sensor?

I was really surprise that i can't find any O2 sensor for my engine. Does it meant that this model dont need a O2 sensor to run? I thought that all EFI engine must have a O2 sensor? Is the ECU the same with those with the O2 sensor? Anyone out there know if there is a model of the 4A-FE without O2 sensor? Pls advice. Thanks

not to sure about it...
but if 4A-FE (MAP) ECU...sure got O2 sensor map on it...

92-95 4AFE come w/o o2 sensor.......96 & above model only comes w/ o2 sensor..

Bump: 92-95 4AFE come w/o o2 sensor.......96 & above model only comes w/ o2 sensor..

1996 onwards model is it still name as AE101? Could it be the previously took it out and bypass etc? I had already bought the o2 sensor but now looks like its a waste now.Any one want to buy? Its brand new.
Btw, pls advice how to adjust the idling speed.
Also my fuel comsumption is very high. Per litre only 7km. Is there anything i can do?
Thanks

1996 onwards is AE111. BTW AE101 in Malaysia dont even have cat converter if you want to compare. Idling can be adjust at most shop. If not mistaken idling should be around 750-800rpm

what the part number for your new O2 sensor ?

I think my AE111 also have catalytic converter...

Idle speed usually adjusts itself after a week of driving

The O2 sensor that i bought is for AE101. Part number is (89465-19575). Therefore if 96' and above is AE111, then its a bit not too right le. Is anyone out there driving 1995 AE101? Or 94, or 93? Pls advice do they have O2 sensor? Thanks
