20v speed cut???

sape yg pakai 20v atau pernah bwk terutama silver top. bpe sbenarnya speed cut diaa.
aku da try smpai out meter hingga jarum meter hampir 270°.mengikut agakan aku kelajuaan tu da hampir 210. tapi x de cut lg. sdgkan kete aku x de psg rsm or speed meter or hks fcd or somethings like that.ecu pn standart.
salah satu kwn aku also silverian art (haha hayariva) gn svt kata kete dia 190 dah cut off.
kongsi la pengalaman hampa ttg speed cut ni.....

u are right. why japan model dont have speedo meter like malaysia. for example wira 1.3 if i not mistake got 230km/h. can go to that speed kaaaa. hahaha.to know the speed just put speed meter or rsm.
yaaa i know why japan car only have 180km/h. they want us to buy their products such as rsm...good bussiness thinking. haha

ur totally right....if all speedo got more than 180,who will buy the rsm's which are not relevant...?heheheeh.....unless want the 0-100 function and all la...
my svt engine, could go to 6.5k rpm in 5th gear....but then dunno what the speed is already....5k in fifth gear is near 180 already...so how..?

Perhaps the stock ECU had already been modded when came from Japan.

may be u are right pc moddingmy.maybe the chip in ecu already been modded last time in japan. i am lucky to have that.

my 4th gear tops at 160km/h near 8k rev cut. i've tried 190km/h on the road. and i don't dare to go anymore. but one thing tat i hairan is, i'm using stock ecu. and afaik, all most stock jap cars cut at 180km/h.

original 4afe can go beyond that 200km.. a bit..

while our converted engine svt or bt will cut when reaches 190.. that is after reaching 180km a while then u will feel a HUGE choke on ur car speed...

if what he mention above.. that should be the speed cut has been removed or disable... if so, svt and bt, should be able to reach 21+ or lucky 22+... got a friend using HKS speed cut defender... he can do so by using svt with c52 gearbox... meanwhile c56 gb... that ones is just doing like 200+ a bit only... and the whole car like wanna explode already...

Well here's something for you, I own a 1987 Supra, my original speedo went up to 280km/r, when I changed my engine over to a 1JZ from Japan, the speedo that came with the halfcut only goes up to 180km/r. I've already proven that my car can easily eclipse that. So I'm in a ponder as to whether I should put in my original speedo, or stick with the one from Japan that also says that the engine has only done 68000kms.

Anyway, just food for thought.

how abou svt auto mode?
my car only reach 175 wif od off. when od on that speed maintain 180.... i use rsm still same. my mmbr not use anything svt engine(manual)& stock ecu but stadart seg meter. that car can reach 22++. just to know that connector at afe meter same wif svt meter?

mine black top auto without air filter (open) can go 214 with 3rd gear... speed and rpm not cut yet... already blow coz road too pendek (1.5km already traffic light)... around 900m... mean 214=900m... need more space for braking....
