im used to drive perdana v6 auto..but now been converted to twin turbo manual..not much different in fuel and maintenance..actually fuel consumption is better than v6 auto.maintanance is the same..make sure u get the proper one.if there is concersion being made, make sure urusan jpj has been settled..power is gud.no problem u can whack evo 3..with stock twin turbo..just get power cut meter (pivot speed meter)
few things to watch..
if u want higher boost..dont go more than 1..and get a gud oil regulator,(sard )and fuel pump(walbro)
if u want more then 1 boost. u got to chage ur engine gasket to metal gasket..
and gud suspension system..
u will be the king in highways..
my best so far is 240km/h(taken from my pivot speed meter)

its depends on size and brand..there r few with 0.4 mm to 1.2 mm.its depends on ur head&blocks condition and compression ratio.a lot of brands from hks to no name..around 1k-3K..

bro..6A12TT standard stock already extrack 215hp but 6A12TT-RS standard stock already 240 hp.

the RS version already come with white meter interface..except dat, all is the same.

p/s: vote for TT of course..if got sum money..cnvert to single turbo (etc. TD05, A/R 70) then u can really feel the power of V6 Turbo...:driver::driver:
Is it expensive to convert to single turbo? Estimated cost? Is this roughly the same for continental cars as well...or?

bro..nowadays many TT already convert to single turbo..u can go to piping specialist (Ijal Exhaust, Robert Exhaust etc.) for the single turbo conversion. It is really extract the true power of V6 engine..power band is more higher..but sacrifice a bit the fuel consumption...(u wan power lorr) :driver:

do u know the actual costs to convert to single turbo?
what i've noticed..battery already move to back. Then, more space to make anew alignment piping..if wanna save a bit, they just use aluminium stainless steel piping. A/R 60 turbine around RM600+piping will be around RM 3k-4k oni. Boosting 0.8bar oni..surely can reach 300hp easily bro..

if wanna big Hp then av to change n mods a lot of stuff la..standalone, forged piston, injector, etc.

p/s: but my fren just advise to use standard stock TD025, upgrade the internal and g/box ratio (becoz we wan the pickup to be better)...top speed??of course no doubt with V6TT...:adore:

just sharing my opinion bro..thx!
