aiming 1.8 boost..advice pls..

now i used exedy 3puck,std piston,f/pump evo,injector eterna tt,managrment safc...

maybe want to change clutch to triniti,walbro f/pump,e-manage

bro, how do u plug in eterna injector into l2 efi fuel rail ? just pnp or need mod..and how bout the socket can fit the ori l2 or need mod oso ?
 
yeah i am aware of the needed mod b4 go to that boost or higher.i have done general overhaul new main bearing,con rod bearing,thrust washer. using l2 carb turbo piston ppl call it piston kepala hitam ( i heard this piston can boost up to 2 bar without sweat..true izit?), metal gasket, head port n polish, grind valve, new valve seal.

n i knew the fuel management must be upgraded too like fuel regulator, bigger fuel pump, air/fuel mngment system n also extra injector.

wahh 1.8 bar ?? r u using xtra injector ? where do u place it ? try td04-09 from subaru sti,this one can boost up to 1.8 even there's ppl try 2.0 bar.there's oso td04l turbine from pajero diesel, but cannot lawan from subaru one. when ur last time boost up to 1.8, fuel pump oso stock ar? what bout ur fuel mngment..share la fren..

ok... i oso know STi turbine good, i oso got 1... but haven't done up the build...
management prob now...
i'm using Merc ex-pump, lastime using extra evo3 injector, but then when got special injector, no more extra injector... using Cross gadget all the way, but when come to STi turbine, not enuf for Cross dy.. mayb plan for E-manage-Ult... just 1 thing need to concern is, get a bigger battery, the stock size will give prob when hi boost...

why bigger batt bro, u mean ns40 batt cannot support bigger injector ka ?
theres oso td04hl from gsr (if not mistaken) but dun know which better compare to sti one..
cos L2 can go high rpm, using cooler plug, the voltage will drop when high rev...

sifu jin, what engine rpm did your L2 archieve 1.8bar ?

cooler plug ? whats that bro ? kind of plug or additional device/tools/gadjet to make the plug cool ?

1.8 bar so high meh tha boost.. u wanna chase vtec meh? hehehe

my experience u need a good fuel management system.. fuel pump.injector..afc@emanage at least..

a turbine tat can support until 1.8boost.. no use high boost if the turbine can`t support

as for me.. i`ve done before 1.8bar with td04 n 240cc.. of course can smile when tha boost tat high..after a week my piston crack due coz lack of fuel.. cry loh hahaha

What plug are you using? Planning on using L2 turbine. I currently have in 2E NA pistons, how much pressure do u think I can put on these pistons?

what is the cooler plug brand?...i want those.
im using tdo4s-09 space wagon 95 one...can it stand 2 bar? if no...maybe i just want to throw it
what is the best injector?

can anyone help me, i am very interested on this..

welll..cooler plug doesn't mean different brands...

it was the "heat-range" number play major role...
bigger number=cooler plug.....(u can tell by comparing the plug tip position-cooler plug would have plug tip sitting lower inside the body)

as example...

CR6ES etc

if CR5[/s]ES it would mean hotter plug

if CR7ES means cooler plug...
