hi ... this story happened to my customer in our service centre
Ms A, owner of a myvi, sent her car to us for periodical maintenance, during registration, I found that the road tax has been expired, therefore I asked her permission to renew the insurance for her
She bought insurance from XX Assurance (camel) previously, therefore I checked the system, but questions come.......
1. The amount insured is totally below the market value
2. Duplicate policy, which means the car has 2 policies at the same time, gosh ..... why the previous agent didn't refund the remaining premium back to the owner (the car transffered to Ms A two months after the previous owner renew the insurance)

aiyo ....... luckily there's nothing happened to the car and the owner, otherwise there's no one could be blamed ....
at last, luckily I have fixed all the problem for her, the amount insured has back to the market value and perhaps the car owner could really benefit from the insurance that she bought ...
Thanks for reading ...

that's very kind and honest of you..kudos...
