Exactly how much would it cost in RM to sandblast the Mazda car, as you have said?

blasting whole body is estimated at 2k. but advisable to bring a togel car... please wait until our facility complete.

the other car is 70's mazda sedan two doors. i'll put on progress from time to time here... so let's begin.. what's so special with mazda ek? i believe rear wheel drive machine is the factor why ppl still wanting it to be back burning the road. but there is another reason.... if you're rotary lover + oldskool maniac, i think i dunt need to explain why... all otai element is with this car...
- hardly to find mazda oldskool
- sedan two door version.... there is another sibling coupe version r100
- rear wheel drive
- a perfect choise for rotor machine
- ...

the owner of this mazda plans to do the follwings:
- bodyworks
- facelift to rotor species

so he brought some rotor parts to us...

the ass surgery..
so we cut the cancer skin...

floor board, wheel arches, rear bracket, inner and outer fenders... etc...
and what normally people see is finished ass.

bro.. this kina mod is it street legal?? cos im planning to make another big conversation to my car. and also is thew metal kits more heavy compare to fiber??? im not really into old school design but im more like converting old car to futuristic cars

from my opinion it's street legal. it will become illegal if harmful to drivers, passengers and another drivers. roll cage for example...

bodykit mod like what you want: there are few occations where jpj kacau one.... they tiket you, ask you to mod back to standard and come for inspection. if they're happy then settle. jpj pun nak cari makan...
 
thats why im thinking of converting my car to a LFA or something. looks stock but it isn't, and yet looks cool+fast+expensive.

anyway...suicide doors for BMW E28 agak2 how much ar?

really respect the job u guys have done. ever tot of making one of those metal shaping rollers? make yr job of shaping curves easier. ignore the chicks hahaha heavy metal chicks mah.

aiseymann.... you should grab that chance bro. any two doors or coupe olskool priced less than a thousand bucks considered very cheap. go for datsun, madza oldskool.... they're appreciating in values....

i'm quite keen on the roller machine though....kena tgu budget tuan!

body glue atau body seal antara step yg penting bagi menjamin tiada ayer terperangkat dicelah celah bahagian enjin (dan juga baghagian lain). ayer yang terperangkap melalui capillary attraction ni sangat bahaya dan merupakan titik permulaan pengaratan. so dari awal lagi kita perlu prevent benda ni. aku belajar dari paly scrapman pasal ni...

selapas itu baru la kereta ni layak untuk peringkat seterusnya ssamada simen, bondo, undercoat dan cat.

Peringkat seterusnya bagi memastikan jentera ini diawet dari masalah karat. Karat berpunca dari oksigen didalam udara yang bertindak balas dengan besi dengan kehadiran air. Hehehe… fizik tingkatan empat daa. Bagi mengelakkan pengaratan, ketiga tiga unsur ini harus dipisahkan. Bagaimana? Mungkin anda biasa dengan epoxy primer, antirust dan lain lain. Apa pun terdapat dua cara bagaimana primer bertindak sebenarnya. Yang pertama dengan seal the shell as tight as possible seperti epoxy base primer, tar, underfloor seal, cat dan lain lain. Yang kedua dengan cara mambentuk satu lapisan lain melalui chemical reaction seperti surface etch primer reaction pada bahagian besi. Chemical reaction diantara etch yang beracid yang meresap ke permukaan besi akan membentuk satu lapisan perantara yang menghalang udara terkena lapisan besi seterusnya melambatkan proses pengaratan.

Aplikasi sesuatu primer bargantung kepada surface preparation pada shell itu sendiri. Oleh itu bagi mengatakan manakah yang lebih baik antara epoxy atau etch atau pun chemical agent yang lain, adalah sesuatu yang kurang tepat. Bagi aku, epoxy primer adalah seal agent yang terbaik bagi memisahkan lapisan besi dengan atmosfera. Manakala etch pula lebih kepada menghentikan pengaratan (walaupun bukan 100%). Dengan aplikasi sedemikian air, lembapan dan udara tidak akan bersentuhan dengan permukaan besi. Selain di atas, terdapat banyak lagi produk produk lain yang juga dapat membantu menyelesaikan masalah karat pada jentera oldskool anda.

Steps

Proses primer pada dasarnya adalah mudah. Sesebuah kereta boleh dilapisi primer seperti bagaimana ia dicat. Walau bagaimanapun, jika proses sedemikian dilakukan, aku pasti bukan semua bahagian dapat disaluti primer. Oleh itu PHG sebaik mungkin akan melakukannya satu persatu atau part by parts.

Sebelum disembur dengan primer, preparation yang baik perlu dilakukan. Sanding off perlu dilakukan lagi bagi mendapatkan permukaan yang betul betul baik untuk diprimer. Kemudian cleaning proses pulak takes place. Penggunaan, thinner atau chemical lain membantu proses ini.

Cat dah dibuang, namun ini belum cukup bersedia untuk dilapisi primer.

saki baki karat...?
Salah satu sebab aku menggunakan etch rimer adalah kerana ia 'makan' saki baki karat. Phosphoric acid di dalam primer ini melarutkan habuk habuk atau debu debu besi dan karat. Ia juga meresap ke lapisan atas besi dan membentuk lapisan perantara. Namun ia walau bagaimanapun tidak menghentikan pengaratan, sebaliknya melambatkannya (ya.. amat lambat sekali)
