Where is good place to transplant Honda engine?

Hello,

can anybody rekemen to me a good place and supergood workmanship for transplanting
a B18C-R into my old city?

And how long it will take?

THings i wanna do:

1. transplant b18c-r
2. remain the ori dashboard (i dowan my city dashboard changed)
3. upgrade brake to b18c-r halfcut one also.
4. dyno the bugger.
