Can offset +45 provide sufficient clearance for stock calipers? is it too deep?
Thinking of using this offset for Wira 1.8 with stock calipers...
Say if later change to twin pot calipers, would it also be OK?

Just want the tyres to be deep in the arches.

thanks in advance.

thanks for the advice. but just want to know is +45 too deep & will collide with caliper?
has anyone used this rim on wira following this offset / setting?

for some other car it will, cos the spoke r way too straight...

bro..i thought the bigger the number the outer it is?? if its much outer sure can clear stock caliper right?

the smaller the number ..the deeper it is right?

+55 =inner, +35=outer, -10=super duper outer... ehehhee...

ya so far tried +45 can still survive stock calipers...
if can +42 is optimal.
My friend's RP01 is +32... still survive wira fenders

Satria GTi stock rims are +46 if I'm not mistaken.
But it depends on the design of the rims as well (if you are using big brakes...stock ones are puny and shouldn't be much of a problem to suit most rims).
+45 shouldn't be a problem for Protons with twin pot even, but it won't look nice as the rims will be sitting too "inside" of the body. Very noticable especially on the front.
Try getting +38 instead.
+33 hits the rear arch unless really knock/roll it flat.
Never tried +35. But if it clears the rear arch, will definitely look good :)

mayb need some Negative Camber to slot into the rear arch...
