Hi folks... Im just wondering how much are the price drops for the 350Z from year to year. Maybe you guys can help me out.

How much did some of you pay for a brand new 03 recond (auto/manual transmission) when you bought it last year (2008)?

There is one dealer whom I talked to and he was telling me that he sold an 03 make last year to his customer at ard RM185K and now that same customer is planning to sell the car at only RM133K. This is a pretty huge loss to me seeing that the price dropped by more than RM50K within just a year. Is that true or that dealer is just full of s***?

It's true. '03 350z second-hand is around RM12Xk. My friend who is a car dealer, accepted trade in of a second hand 350z for RM11xK few months ago.

Ya man... that is freaking low. The price dropped so much. That was why I was a little worried about how bad the resale value is. I mean I know prices for cars like this dropped quite a lot but not till this much. Teruk.

Not really, the price is normal. Here in Kuching, unreg cars are relatively cheaper than in West Msia. 350Z unreg, auto was RM15Xk last year. I think it was '03 model. So, it's not unusual second hand 350Z sells for RM12xK-130xK this year. Budget-wise this car is worth buying now, the only setbacks are the expensive roadtax and insurance.

Dude... however you have to understand that the car is selling for RM12xK-13xK in the Peninsular. If it was in West Msia, it should be even lower than that.

yes, i agree, the price of the car is now very reasonable,
the only think you should consider is the road tax, which is rm4k, and the insurance.
petrol wise, its not that bad.

maybe it is due to the very high number of 350z lying around here in malaysia. the dealer are not willing to buy at high price due to afraid of loss to resell the car.

A fren at the dealer says that 350z price will drop even more after 370z is launched and when available more of these cars in Malaysia.

Thats for sure... but the price for 370Z would be still quite high and wont be so available so fast for recond anyway.

Yes...350Z for now is the best for the bucks true 2 seater sports car available....where else you can find other manufacturers doing this?(forget about scooby, evo,or type-R...there just a modified version of perfomances sedan/saloon)

6 speed tranny, have true sportscar propotion(fast forward fastback, short tail, longdeck 2 seater sports car)& its have a good handling as well....

The only set back for most malaysian is to pay for roadtax, insurances & maintainence....

the price is quite accepted atleast for recond unit(dont ask about official malaysian entry version by TC M....the price is....:itsme: )

Well... I think my mind is pretty much set to get a 350Z... So if any of you folks know of a dealer that has a manual 350Z (best if its either white/black colour) do let me know.

I hope I can join the 350Z community soon.

A recond 350Z over here at Sabah for year model 03 to 04, gonna cost you only RM130k to 140K depending on which version that you are looking for. Most of it are very clean and new looking condition. There is 1 unit fitted with twin turbo with Austin Martin kits are up for grab as well...tested it and it is REAL fun in term of power and "kick" !!!

Hi... I am one newbie also intending to get a 350Z (whats a Z33 by the way... I see that mentioned at this forum a fair bit) and have been speaking to sellers of UnReg units... ball park is about RM120K for 02, RM130 for 03 RM140 for 04, but prices move higher for 05...

Yes, I also feel that the prices are pretty good now and am just looking to get a good unit. Cheers.

And I just spoke with someone claiming to be from Nnaza that the next batch of unreg Fairlady year 2006 will be priced under 200K...
