yup... i'm in line with that hikaru... but the thing is... if the links point to some javascript without proper description.... then habis :). u r correct about honda.co.jp having "english" links. i tried toyota japan a few times to find specs for estima and wish... demn hard i tell u. i had to click all over the place :(

Toyota site is writen in Java indeed so you can't trace any of them.

just wanna ask..there's an eg.. at the badge written e-eg4, on the geran is 1590cc, engine number is MF716-607 bla bla bla, chassis is EH2-6001bla bla bla.. what engine is that? and what is the specs? single v-tech of course...
 
MF engine code = locally assembled. the chassis number is 'unique' to the malaysian market.

same goes for the locally assembled accords during oriental/kah Motor. the locally assembled F22B SOHC VTEC was a CD6, where as the JDM CD6 came with an H22a.
