does any1 using C's quick shifter for BNR34 6MT? understand that C's has discontinued this product.

Not recommended. The problem with short shifters is you don't give the synchros in your getrag transmission enough time to work.

You end up with a notchy, and noisy box fairly quickly as your synchros will let go.

Correct.

After 6 months, the wear and tear on the synchros was obvious. Plus, in the mornings the crunching while cold is much more apparent.

Was a bad choice.

That`s why ppl shift to sequential shifter rather than quick H-pattern shifter....lot ppl blown their gearbox becoz of miss cue when downshift.....4 -> 2 ...sayonara...heee

yes it has a bush at the bottum, i install it on my GTT 5 years ago...

Sorry for late reply, been busy over the holidays. Anyways, out of the box, the C's short shift should come with the round white clip/bush at its base. However, I too had managed to snap it while installing it at home.

Sent it over to N1 and they sorted it out. If you're really keen on using the C's short shift then I wouldn't mind swapping with your stock one (straight swap no catch other than you sort out the installation but otherwise you can have it for free - well other than your stock shifter that is).
