help!my fuel consumption going craziieeeee!

mine triptronikkkkkk,...
no paddle shift,... but got gear knob shift,...

kj,... if u vtecccccc all da way,... gerenty u get 5 or 6 km/l,...
 
Actually I hear the sound of "Slluuuuurrrrpppppp" each time vtec turns on.. is that normal?:rofl:
