Sepang International Circuit is about to be abused this weekend, not to say it has never been abused before but this time around, it will be abused by supercars that are out for a greater cause, to rebuild and restore communities ravaged by the recent floods here in Malaysia. The clubs of supercar owners have organized a “thrills at Sepang” event to raise awareness and funds to aid flood victims.
Organized by the Porsche Club Malaysia (PCM) in collaboration with the Ferrari Owners Club (FOC), Lamborghini Owners Club (pending registration) and Force of Nature Aid Foundation (FON) to assist local foundations and non governmental organizations (NGOs) in lending a hand to communities hit by the recent devastating floods.
The caring supercar owners will be contributing their time and cars to be ‘chauffers’ for charitable passengers to experience ‘first hand’ the thrill of lapping the Sepang Internation Circuit with the speed and excitement only supercars can offer. In addition, attendees can experience driving a race tuned Porsche Cayman S under the guidance of a professional instructor.
