Taking place at GlassHouse Seputeh, MaxxOil recently held an event to introduce their new NanoPLUS motor oil lubricant into the local market. Originally from USA, MaxxOil has been in the Malaysian market since 2014 and has been growing since in the past years under their sole distributor, Shift Performance Asia (M) Sdn Bhd.
With the introduction of the new NanoPLUS lubricant which implements Nanotechnology, MaxxOil aims to provide a higher satisfaction to their customers. According to MaxxOil, “NanoPLUS is the latest technology for protecting and extending the life of auto engine and oil through mechanical means instead of chemicals, which can deteriorate over time. It contains billions of 4-to-6 nanometer sized diamonds that act like ball bearings.”
“They fill the pores of metal, helping to sustain an oil film on the inner surfaces of the engine and sealing out the debris and moisture that cause corrosion. The nano diamond ball bearings transform the sliding friction that normally occurs between metal surfaces into rolling friction, thereby reducing heat, wear and engine drag.”
Also making an appearance at the launching was our own Prince of Drift himself, Tengku Djan Ley, who is now the brand ambassador for MaxxOil. Tengku Djan is no stranger to the industry, having secured multiple wins on various levels of motorsports both locally and regionally. After a short contract signing ceremony, MaxxOil also revealed a short television commercial that featured none other than the man himself.
