I just got back from the practise round of the 2010 installment of Formula Drift Singapore and man was it hot, the action I meant. There was plenty of drama with some pit crew forgetting to secure their drifter’s bonnet resulting in a shattered windscreen and a race against time to make it for qualifying, others found the new track layout a tad to tight with most newcomers messing up the tight entry and others not being able to match the 100km/h drift requirement set by the judges. I’ll tell you all about it as we wait for the official results but one thing is for sure though, Malaysian idol drifter Tengku Djan rocked the show as always.
