AFAIK, as long as the lights are strobing, it is illegal to use them on the road (unless authorised).

i try to figure to install at wira fog lamp...in teori yes..can isntall..already tried it...but u need to silicon abit of lubang-lubang kecil yang ada...takut air masuk nanti..but yes can isntall but need a little mod on your foglamp...
