HI ZTH MAC clubbers,

Just got hold of my second hand Airtrek...2 weeks ago. Need to go check some wiring work as it is draining battery.

Anyone come across this problem?

The original immobilizer is a battery sucker. If you don't drive it over a week, batt may be flat. Some removed it.

:wavey::wavey::wavey::wavey::wavey::wavey::wavey::wavey::wavey:Found out it was tbe turbo timer. Overrode the Immo too. Did a cut off with the speed limiter as well. Have to check the next couple of days on the battery voltage. IT is nice to be back to ZTH, been a long while since I posted.

Hey, my dad's Vios(dugong) idling too low and sometimes can lead to engine stalling.

He went to Toyota service centre and this is what the SA told him.
"Vios is meant to be used with RON97 petrol, RON95 use d will leave carbon, that's why the ECU adjust the timing become like that. Cannot adjust timing manually also, so you need to bring your car in for diagnostics"

WTF? Vios is meant to be used with RON97?
What bullshit is this guy saying?

What to do now? Really can't manually...
