Like u bros to share their experince that have use jackson racing or other brands supercharger?

Thinking to get one jackson racing or vortech......

Tried turbo not bad but hardly can boost everyday....

if u already have a vtec engine so just install the supercharger kit only loh .....

that's with used parts and custom fabricated parts.

A full kit by a branded manufacturer is usually double that.

before you think to far don, remember that autoboxes can't take insane amounts of torque... at least.. not for long.. ROFL! (not to say driving auto sucks, since I like an auto for city crusing as well.)

Yes bro bolt take out from 4ag toyota super charger much cheaper modded a bit to fit or take the 4 thorttle also same... can fit vtec 1.

All i'm asking does anyone bolt 1 from branded manufactures like jackson racing or vortech from USA... not those from toyota. If using toyota chargers still better me contain back my vtec jdm..hehehe....

Hattech want to discharge vtec easy only go buy toda vtec killer cams then depan buka sampai habis loh hehehehe....

Coz i have a unit selling at RM2.5k dunno worth it or not?

Tried turbo G-Force was awesome but can't drag the engine too much :(

I thought superchargers generate even less power than turbos?

As with any high boost application.. need sleeves, forged pistons and rods.. (at least for honda engines.. the B18C crank already tested up to 800hp without breaking in the US)

And grex_R.. if you go the toyota charger route... who's doing the ECU management and tuning?

Sorry bro its not from toyota.its jackson racing buying at RM2.5k. Running it with e-manage n setting will be james (penang) & fei lo (vtec subang).

last time if not mistaken someone here in marketplace wanna sell his jackson for 6K... u got it for 2.5k then shud worth to buy...
or maybe can just give a try... if dun like oso can sell back easily...

yup, my fren has one for sell. less than rm3k only. original jackson racing supercharger for b- series.

Planning to but have to c issit complete....... For RM2.5k to get extra 25-30hp is worth it rite????....

But waiting for him to show me the stuff.

Need to retune the whole car setup that cost more than the supercharger....

just wanna share.haf read abt a S'pore supercharged EG9 frm d Motoring mag sumtime ago...gobs of low end power n terrific 4 town driving w mostly stop&go traffic....but it was stated dat supercharger kenot keep up whn d Vtec engages..ie d unit kenot supply enough air @ high rpm.....d EG9 was using a complete Jackson Racing supercharger kit....nice clean engine bay but d last verdict turned me off
anyway,found out a stock AE101 supercharger's stock boost is 0.8bar!!WOW!!!!n produces 21kgm or TORQUE!!!!impressive...no wonder vtecs hardly can beat a supercharged Toyota in 1st-2nd gears...damn!

TRD parts mah... specially developed by toyota people..

Mugen recently came out with a prototype of a supercharger for the K-series..

No news if it will becoma a production unit or not.

But torque wise... B20 better.. nyahahaha.
