Actually if he don't mind some light scratches can just leave it first also.....:driver:
I mean just buy some turtle wax polish, not expensive and can still use for many other times. So try to minimize the scratch as much as possible, no harm trying with such minimal cost. For scratches that are really deep where the paint already taken off, then can try buy touch up paint as well.

get the bumper done first. Make sure it fit at its place. or later flown away, hit somebody.
If you can live with minimal scratch mark. Save it for major repainting in future.
Some scratch wont affect bhp. hahahaha....pure track race car count everything.

i will try ask the owner, because donno he picky or not...BTW thx to your advice, if his rear bumper broke 1 or 2 clip, need to change the whole bumper?:adore:

no, you can just buy the plastic bracket (assuming its crushed or broken)

anyway its on the plastic bits, if you can live with it, well its just aesthetics.
