All her life, Kasumi have always been told what she can or cannot do.
She always finds herself looking for ways out, to escape from the overwhelming stagnance and monotone which closes in on her from all aspects of her life.
And it's precisely because of this Kasumi frequently lands herself in all sorts of trouble
Kasumi looks out the window in disgust as her disciplinary teaher attempts to learn her up about life, what an asshole, as if the far old fart knows anything about life, Kasumi rolls up her eyes and looks out the window
That's when a Skyline rammed the school gates and made a lap around the school, the whole school went insane ! Adrenaline pumping, that was her first brush with the race scene, later she learned that the driver did that on a dare.
Ever since, Kasumi life was changed as she got more and more into the race scene. When she got her license, she saved and got her own first car with some help from her more affluent friends in the scene. She named her car Wasabi, much like her personal nature ;-)
Soon she began adding more and more mods and get involved with more races. She's beginning to make a name for herself.
On days when life's mundane and monotonous walls begin closing in, Kasumi races off in the middle of the night, just driving as fast as the wind, utter unadulterated freedom fills her as her headlights shine valiantly, illuminating and chasing the unknown darkness ahead.
At sundawn, Somehow she always ends up in a sleepy remote town called Kyoshi, up upon her favourite spot on the hill overlooking the houses below.
Kasumi takes her time to watch the sun rise, bathing in its rejuvenating rays. Kasumi takes a Deep breath then drives slowly back to reality, stopping for breakfast along the way.
