Servicing a gtr34

Just bought the car 2 months back, still a baby and a beginner when it comes to skyline but learning though. Servicing for the car is due very soon and my questions are;

1. When doing a full servicing for this car, what are the things do they normallydo & check or what should i be checking...???

2. What kind of oils should i be using for everything which is good enough for our weather...???

3. Im new in JB ( just shifted ), no idea where to go for this upcoming servicing, any recommendations.....???? good, experienced wrkshop.
