update.. i already tested with batery but seems nothing change when i toggle with the variable resistor.. only the green led lite up.. check my connections again but seems cant find any error..
need help lerr..

Bro...
If already power up with 9v battery should get red led (vr at o position)
Once you turn up the vr... it should change to green and relay "click".
This is simple test without rpm signal to ensure the unit is fully working...

Try again following the above with 9V square battery..
if still cannot...that means have some mistake somewhere.
Check back drawing, and use multimeter to check from ic... pin by pin vs
diagram....including resistor value and caps... and esp the transistors...
and the VR 3 pins are correctly connected per diagram...
