recomandation of places that expert in installing double din climate panel of EK

hi there ...as the topic mentioned.. anyone knw where can i install the double din climate panel for EK with reasonable price ... how much does it normally cost ..

Er.... 2din panel only or full dashboard??

However, last time i've asked. It's gonna cost around $300 for dashboard swap (local EJ>>JDM EK)
Everything, inclusive of air-cond gas, ur ICE set-up... will take almost 1day... :proud:

Juz leave ur car, wait, pay, collect ur car and paaaaaprrrrng. Cuz no need to go to air-cond shop then acc shop for ur ICE.....

If you are asking which shop provides conversion then I'd say no, very slim chance coz these parts are hold by bunch of runners, not store.

If you are asking labor cost for installation, then I'd say somewhere from rm250 to rm500 depending on how complete you have with your stuff. Usually Aircon shop do that kinda installation. IF your parts are not complete with missing wiring harness or sensor, then it's costly and take longer for them to source parts and retape wiring.

IF you have complete dashboard plus complete wiring harness, then it's plug and play which only took 5 hours for 2 men job.

I installed mine by myself with the help of a buddy, took us 6 hours from taking the dash out and put the 99-00 dash in. We are inexperienced so it's pretty fair hours spent. Everything is plug and play and easy to do, no need to slice wire or scratch your head to figure out what goes to where.

I just went to fill up the gas the next day.

Good sunday spent - 6 hours
A pack of cigarattes - rm10
A meal for two - rm12
Filling up gas - rm30
Having a minty black 99-00 dash with digital climate control, PRICELESS.

just the climate control ...but i think it doesnt matter rite ....cos we still haf to take out the whole dash to change the blower ..cooling coil ..99 specs air vent etc etc ...am i rite ?

yup im just asking for the installation costs ...i haf the stuffs d ..
