R3 dampers plug and play with SGTis, so no worries there. A whole set of dampers/springs should cost RM1.3K.
Contact Faisal for details.
The springs are rated 2.5kg/mm front and 1.6kg/mm rear. People who have sat in a SR3 are amazed that it is so comfortable despite its handling prowess.Zeroed said:Ask them to custom make for you la... :D
Can any SR3 owners give some insight into the SR3 suspensions?
Many thanks.
Think of R3 dampers as one of the best OEM dampers you can buy. It's like being able to buy EK9 dampers for your EJ Civic, compared to the likes of HKS Hipermax.daze said:R3 damper and spring cost 1.3 k??
So will it be better than others aftermarket adjustable coilovers brands like HWL, GAB interm of handling and comforts?
Which do u thinks wil be much affortable and better.?? need some advice n comment here.
They have been tuned differently. Has different ride and handling characteristics as compared to the SGTi.Zeroed said:Are the absorbers any different from the standard GTi ones?
Got to get a ride in a R3 one day...

It is a lot like how Lotus does its suspension + ride/handling. Does not have to be super-hard to be good.
