dude, ya know, there's this thing called Private Messaging (PM) in this forum, and if you know my nick, all you have to do is type it in the column, and it'll come to me. As you've corresponded with the owner himself directly, I do not know what sort of arrangement you have with him (no worries, I'll clarify with him tomorrow) and if I am not mistaken, he had informed you that he's going overseas for two and a half weeks (London/Barcelona) and will only be back on the second week of March.

How do you want me to help you? Can you check if your finance company had issued the undertaking letter? Cos from his parent's side, they have yet to receive it. I've sent the car in for touch up (both bumper and front lip) and a little here and there yesterday before you take delivery of it.
