Ahh!!! Pox become more after i wake up!!! Now even my lips also got!!

Anyone can provide solution so can recover faster and not getting worst? Cause i currently very not well, headache, sorethroat and some pox are painful one...

Don't know whether my boss will goreng me or not cause i heard at least rest one week rite?
