some hid outside look bright but when u look from inside of the car, not so bright

All HID is brigther and higher lumen then any halogen or Infared bulb ....

The reason you found not bright is just because inproper installation (running out of focus) or the bulb Temp (k) to high, the higher temp (k) is not equal to higher lumen and colour wave also .....
