He was in Kuantan but was told that he is working in Singapore now.

Not worth the hassle to go all the way to Kuantan to file a police report....knowing that our police will do very little, if any....furthermore, not sure if Police can find him.

My best move is to "announce" to the World (thru the Internet) to watch out for this guy and be very careful dealing with him.
