L2 12valve cab

hye there..
im new here..so i need sum advise from u all..im using 850cc kancil and converted to L2 12valve cab. i hve also change the piston to a bigger and compressed pistons.wut should i do to increase the power even though da engine is not power enuff.. exhaust?inch?can i use cab from daihatsu 1.0cc?is it can increase the power?if u hve any idea,plz tell me..

"port and polish" intake and exhaust might give some extra power....
piston size?
if na avoid using straight flow exhaust..u need some back compression so u would not lose the top speed..

how come engine oil can came out from air filter ? you from your carb ?

yup..previously my fren use L2 head on his 850 engine..with stock 850 carb..last dyno he got 58hp loh.

street_luver : wut kind piston u using now? is dat L2 injection turbo (piston 'rata') 68mm?

minyak nak hitam keluar kat filter???
sebab2 keluar minyak pasal bila pakai oversize piston, compression engine naik. compression bukan sahaja di compression chamber di dalam head tetapi di dalam blok jugak. oleh itu breather di dalam blok yang terletak di sebelah kiri belakang juga mengalami compression yang teramat tinggi. breather hose yang menyambung dari blok ke air filter itu yang membuatkan minyak hitam naik ke air filter.
cara menyelesaikan masalah ini..........
1. pasangkan oil catch tank. by pass hose breather ke filter dgn catch tank
2. kurangkan tekanan dari preasure gas dari blok dengan menambah breather di rocker cover
tak dapat settle jugak. tel saya

stock breather at rocker cover dun enough to release pressure..it could tendang balik filter..

just disconnect the hose at filter..bypass it into oil catch tank, and customize bigger breather (tebuk rocker cover...make it adapter at 1/2" size..then install hose, send it oso into oct

pistons saga 1.3, kelisa can fix..but ur fuel system must be upgraded...n.a can oso lean :slug:
