thanks the question.. this is a legal singapore bike and had a legal document..
if u buying this bike, u also already got a Land Authority Transport (LTA) to use this bike on the road, the COE will give u 5 years period to renew and roadtax for 1 year.. all this will need to renew in sg.. but u dont worry becoz there have runner to settle this in KL..

there's no such thing as renew COE every 5years...if u renew 5 years means u hv 2 scrap it at d end of its tenure...if u renew fer 10years then they give u options of 2 scrap or renew again at d end of its tenure.
